ABOUT / FIELD + FORM

Read the landscape in section.

Field / Form is an editorial notebook for built landscapes: parks, streets, water edges, and the quiet infrastructure that makes a public place legible.

We write from plans, public records, and the language of landscape architecture. A fieldnote may begin with a curb or a tree canopy, then widen into a question about access, movement, maintenance, or shared time.

There are no itineraries here and no first-hand reports. The point is a slower kind of attention: to see how ground is shaped, who it welcomes, and how a designed environment changes as it is used.
